No, our homes are available for rent not only to FAA employees but also to corporate organizations and military personnel with a proper application and background checks. We will not combine FAA students with corporate personnel.

Absolutely! There are no cancellation fees or penalties. While we ask you to sign a lease upon booking, it doesn't obligate you to stay for a specific duration.
